Maybe. But you’re not going to make writing is too obvious. They mean something “bigger,” IMO.

BTW, I have a lot of friends who make money, good money writing. It’s pretty annoying.

it’s about the economy and the uncertain place of CW within it. i think these writers just mean: you better love it, because you’re not going to be buying summer houses….
